After the 12-hour window, your order may already be processed, packed, or prepared for shipment. Once an order has reached this stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already entered the processing or shipping stage, we kindly ask that you wait until the order has been delivered. You may then request a return in accordance with our return policy.
